The Adult and Continuing Education Program of the Coxsackie-Athens Central School District

This is just a reminder that all adult education classes scheduled to start this week (the week of 9/12/11) will start on next week (the week of 9/19/11).

ALL COMMUNITY CLASSROOM PROGRAMS SCHEDULED FOR THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 12 WILL BE POSTPONED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 19.
This applies to All Zumba, Pilates, Turbo Kick, Yoga/Belly Dance, walking and Quilting classes.
The whole schedule for these classes will be pushed back one week.

Welcome to the Fall 2011 semester of the Community Classroom, Adult and Continuing Education Program.

Our program continues to be successful each semester thanks to our community support..

Registration

Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The number of participants in each class is limited.

To register, you must:

  1.  Complete a registration form for the class(es) you want to take.
  2.  Write a check payable to Coxsackie-Athens Adult & Continuing Education Program for the registration fees.
  3.  Mail the check and registration form to:
    Community Classroom, Coxsackie-Athens CSD,
    24 Sunset Blvd. Coxsackie, NY 12051

Refunds

The Community Classroom program is self-supporting. Therefore it may be necessary to cancel a class if the enrollment does not support the cost of the course. Registration fees will be returned if a class is cancelled. An attempt will be made to notify any registrant whose class is cancelled before the first class.

School Closings

If school is closed due to vacation breaks, inclement weather, or a facility emergency, all continuing education classes are cancelled. The school district announces school closings through local radio stations and on the website www.cancellations.com or by calling the hotline number at 731-1701.
